Hadi Sayid Alnaeemi is a seasoned trial attorney with a broad range of experience in defending and representing clients in Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex and the surrounding areas. Hadi started his career at the prosecutors office with the City of Dallas gaining valuable courtroom experience. Soon after, he joined Porter Legal Group, PLLC, one of the largest immigration law firms in the US. There, he lead the Criminal Defense Department as the managing attorney handling Federal, State, and Municipality cases. Hadi has represented clients facing life sentences to ICE deportation in Federal and State courts across Dallas, Rockwall, Collin, Tarrant, Denton, Ellis, Kaufman County, and many more.
While as the managing attorney, Hadi advised estate planning for members of his community drafting Wills and trusts tailored to each family's needs. This includes individuals in the Dallas-Fort Worth Muslim society that desire a compliant estate plan. Hadi has a passion for helping preserve assets in a just and equitable way while also providing easiness for families to make the right decision for their loved ones.
Hadi has represented numerous individuals and small businesses in the metroplex with contract drafting and negotiations, business development, tort claims, and evictions.
